~Beginners Tips~

Feedback forms are a great way to get the opinions of your visitors or to let your visitors ask questions. Remember that your customers are the life blood of your business and what they think should be very important to you. Basically, a feedback form is very like a newsletter sign-up form. The visitor fills out a form with their email and name (address, phone number or whatever you want to add, but be careful it's a feedback form not a survey) and their is a box to put in their feedback or questions. Once they push the "send" button the info. is either sent directly to you via email or is sent to your autoresponder and they receive a thank-you mail. It's very easy once it's set up and it runs on auto-pilot.

(See "Autoresponder" Page)
