~Beginners Tips~

Computers have many types of different styles of writing texts or "Fonts".

Normally you only need to use a few different fonts depending on the theme of your website but sometimes you can get more artistic. (For example, if you have had a site that sold rock and roll t-shirts you could use some kind of jagged lettering that may not be in the usual supply of fonts included with your computer. When it comes to sites that sell internet marketing software or ebooks most webmasters tend to use one of 3 fonts.

(Arial, Verdana or Times New Roman)

Probably because they are formal enough to invoke a business like fell but light enough not to intimidate.

So unless you are planning to sell products in a "Niche" (very specialized product area) where a funky font would appeal to your visitors it's probably best to stick to the three basic fonts mentioned above.

The Best Search Arbitrage Traffic Sources
SearchAnyway.com's blog is a really good place to find out more about PPC arbitrage. Too many people think of only Google AdSense arbitrage when Google is clearly making it hard for this to work on their search engine. Some people are making a good living from SearchAnyway and it could be worth a...

Are You Ignoring the Long Tail of Your Product Line?
Forget about the selling just 20% of your products that bring in 80% of your sales. Keep selling the other 80% of your products because they still can make a lot of money is what Chris Anderson is trying to tell you in his book, The Long Tail. I should have read this book earlier. If [...]

The Long Tail Review
"The Long Tail: Why the Future of Business is Selling Less of More" has been out since 2006 and there is even a new revised version that was released some time this year. I should have read it earlier but I didn't think I needed it 2 years ago. The long tail approach to search engine optimizatio...

Anyone Rememer NetAudioAds / Voice2Page?
NetAudioAds / Voice2Page is probably a scam. People have been waiting for ages for the so-called "BPA Audit" to be finalized. The last post at the official NetAudioAds blog was on the 29th of July 2008. Charles Heflin's blog was last posted on the 8th of May 2008. These guys seem to have either n...

Problogger Review
I just read the Problogger book on how to make a 6-figure income with blogging and wrote a review of the Problogger book. It's a very interesting and up to date book on how to blog. It gave me a lot to think about and I would like to upgrade my blog with some of [...]

Problogger: Secrets for Blogging Your Way to a 6-Figure Income Review
I just borrowed ProBlogger: Secrets for Blogging Your Way to a Six-Figure Income from the Singapore National Library, which is one of the few things that I proudly say my government did right. I only paid SGD $1.55 to reserve a copy of this book for collection at the library closest to my home. ...

John Jonas on How To Replace Yourself by Outsourcing Your Work
I think John Jonas and I must have been reading the same books. I have read the E-Myth and I am reading the 4-Hour Work Week. I love these books as they are teaching me to free up my life to do the things I want to do. However, I have experienced a lot of [...]

PPC Search Arbitrage with SearchAnyway
I first learnt about SearchAnyway after reading Google Payload, which is a rubbish eBook if you ask me. I won't bother with the details of the eBook but most of the tips in the eBook will most likely get you banned with SearchAnyway. SearchAnyway does not allow traffic from some PPC search engin...
